Refitting of brake release circuit, located at base
The procedure below details how to refit the brake release circuit, located at the rear of the
base. See the figure Location of brake release unit, base on page 301.
Refitting of brake release unit, located on frame
The procedure below details how to refit the brake release unit, located on the side of the
frame. See the figure Location of brake release unit, frame on page 302.

2. Place the brake release circuit in the base of the
robot.
Spare part no. is specified in
Required equipment on page 302.

3. Reconnect the cable to the brake release circuit.
4. Fasten the attachment screws, brake release circuit
on the outside of the rear of the base.

5. Refit the cover of the rear of the base.

2. Fit the brake release unit on the plate with the
attachment screws.
Make sure the unit is positioned as straight as
possible on the plate! The push buttons can
otherwise get jammed when the SMB-cover is
refitted.
