1. Check the Holiday Enable box.
2. In the calendar, select the date(s) and year you want to set as a holiday for the current
channel.
3. Click Save.
4.7.5.2 Account
The Account page enables you to add new users or modify the accounts of existing ones. You can
assign add or delete accounts, change rights or change passwords or assign users to groups.
Rules:
• User Names and Group Names can be no longer than 6 characters, including: alpha-numeric
and the underline character.
• Passwords must be 1 – 6 numeric characters only.
• The factory default setup supports a maximum of 20 User accounts and 8 Group accounts,
with two levels: user and admin. You can assign a user to a corresponding group and then set
the rights for the respective users within the group.
• The User name and the Group name must be unique.
• One user can only be included in one group.
User Name
Click the User tab to add/remove users or to modify a user account. There are four default users:
admin, 888888, 666666 and a “hidden user” named default. User 66666 only has monitor rights; all
others have administrator rights.
The “hidden user” default is for system use only and cannot be deleted. When there is no login user,
default automatically logs in. Monitor rights are set for this user so that you can view channels
without logging in.
