If the terminal is connected to other devices or machines via the existing interfaces
(USB, serial, Ethernet, etc.), ensure that the potential of the relevant protective ground
is as equal as possible (equipotential bonding strip).
Leakage currents (compensating currents) can occur here that may cause random
restarts, malfunctions or even the destruction of the device or peripheral devices.
If you want to connect devices fed by other power sources to the DLT-V8315 (e.g.
printers), be sure to power up the peripheral devices at the same time or after the DLT-
V8315; otherwise, you may encounter start-up problems or malfunctions and there may
even be irreparable damage to the device.
