4 General Maintenance
To Install the Exhaust Filter on the IDP3 Dry Pump
Materials needed
• Exhaust filter (G3170-80041)
Procedure
1 Disconnect the foreline pump exhaust hose from the adapter.
2 Unscrew the adapter from the pump.
3 Screw the filter on to the pump.
