Gas saver
Gas saver mode may be used in split or splitless operation mode. Gas saver
reduces the carrier gas flow from the split vent after the sample is on the
column. Column head pressure and the column flow rate are maintained,
while split vent flow decreases. Flows remain at the reduced level until the
beginning of the next run.
