At the VAR1’ area, you set the synchronous sweep source output.
•Unit: SMU name or number
•Name: Variable name of source output
•Offset: B value of the above formula.
•Ratio: A value of the above formula.
•Compliance: SMU compliance value
•Pwr Comp: SMU power compliance value
The VAR1’ output is expressed by the following formula.
VAR1’ output = A × (VAR1 output) + B
