When this field is CONTINUE AT ANY, the sweep measurement is not aborted.
When this field is STOP AT ANY ABNORMAL, the sweep measurement will be aborted when one
of the following conditions is detected.
•Measurement range overflow
•SMU compliance
•SMU oscillation
