To Set ADC/Integration Time
Measurement Setup
Not available when
a pulse source is used
The ADC/Integ button opens the A/D Converter & Integration Time Setup dialog box. The dialog
box is used to select the ADC for each SMU and set the integration time for each ADC (high
resolution or high speed).
This button is not available when a pulse source is used.
A/D Converter:
•Unit: SMU name or number
•Name: Variable name of the measurement data
•ADC: ADC type, HR ADC (high resolution) or HS ADC (high speed)
Integration Time:
•Mode: AUTO, MANUAL, or PLC. Rule to decide the integration time. For details, see online help
or User’s Guide.
•Factor: Coefficient for the reference value of the integration time.
•Auto Zero: Auto Zero function ON or OFF. For HR ADC.
