If you have a problem with a hardware component of the PlateLoc that
you cannot resolve, contact Velocity11 by:

Make sure you have the serial number of the device ready. You can
locate the serial number in two places:
❑ On the front of the PlateLoc, below the fully tilted touch screen
❑ On the back of the device, at the bottom of the connection panel
