Inspect and Clean the Drain Pipes (Both Evaporator and Condenser
Drain Pipes)
To avoid water overflow, ensure that the system has proper drainage discharges. The pipe and outflow
should be completely free of any obstructions. If necessary, clean the drain and outflow area.
Physical Inspection of the Damper
The air damper is a critical element in the WPU. If it does not function normally, the free cooling function
will fail. This can be avoided by periodically and regularly checking the following:
• Check if the damper can fully open and close via the manual override
• Check if the nuts are properly tightened, as shown in the following images
