ANY_TO_USINT converts a value to an Unsigned Short Integer value.
Arguments

EN Input BOOL Function enable.
When Enable = TRUE, execute the conversion to the 8-bit Unsigned
Short Integer computation.
When Enable = FALSE, there is no computation.
Applies only to LD programs.

Any non-Short Integer value.
