ATAN_LREAL calculates the Arc tangent of a Long Real value.

When EN = FALSE, there is no computation.
IN Input LREAL Any Long Real value.
ATAN_LREAL Output LREAL Arc-tangent of the input value (in set [-PI/2 .. +PI/2]) = 0.0 for invalid input.
ENO Output BOOL Enable out.
