RHC reads a high-speed clock value in the Micro800™ controller.
Arguments

EN Input BOOL Function enable.
When EN = TRUE, replace parts of strings with new characters.
When EN = FALSE, no operation.
ENO Output BOOL Enable out.
RHC Output UDINT The value of the high-speed clock.
