Chapter 7 LCL Filter Component Section
Replace the LCL Filter Fan
To replace the LCL filter fan, follow these steps.
1. Remove the LCL filter protective barrier.

on page 74.
2. Disconnect terminal blocks X51 and X53.
3. Remove the two 10 mm hexagonal bolts.
4. Lower the front fan sheet metal edge and slide it forward to remove the
alignment studs from their respective holes in the fan frame sheet metal.
5. Slide out the fan assembly.
6. Remove the LCL filter fan DC power supply.

7. Reinstall the LCL filter fan in reverse order of removal. See To rq ue
Specifications on page 36.
Note the LCL filter airflow cooling requirements.
Remove the LCL Filter
The procedures to remove the LCL filter are slightly different depending on
the enclosure in which it is installed.
