The ChxMostRecentEvent.EventSequenceCount is an unsigned
value
The ChxMostRecentEvent.EventSequenceCount is a count value assigned to
each event. The value increments for each received event. Range of values is
1...255; a value of zero is not valid and can indicate that no event is present.
Because this is an unsigned number the count values from 128 through 255 will
appear as negative numbers in the Logix Designer software.
