Alternative filling through the tank filler
! NOTE !
The alternative way of filling the hydraulic circuit is
only emergency solution!
• In this way of filling it is necessary to cut the next
exchange interval to one half, i.e. 1000 h or 1 year.
• The cap of the tank filler is sealed. In case of breaking
the seal during warranty period, the warranty expires.
• Refill the tank through (1) the filler with specified type
of oil up to the bottom of the strainer in the filler.
NOTE
• When filling through the tank filler, large amount of old
dirty oil remains in the circuit, which reduces lifetime
of hydraulic units.
• You can order a filling device at the manufacturer of the
machine or your dealer.
! NOTE !
After filling the circuit, check whether signal lamp
doesn‘t shine.
! NOTE !
Start the engine and run functions of the machine at
increased engine speed to let circuits fill.
Check tightness of filter, temperature sensor,
suction hose and cover.
Keep the machine clean. Avoid polluting the system
with materials that may damage important units!
Follow the fire safety measures!
Do not open the hydraulic tank unnecessarily!
Exchange oil and filter always, when inner part of a
unit (hydromotors, hydro-generators) were destroy-
ed or after a considerable repair of hydraulic
system. Clean and rinse the hydraulic tank before
assembling a new unit. Exchange filter.
Do not use chemical detergents to clean the tank.
Use clothes not loosing staples to clean it.
Use oils in accordance with chapter 3.2.4.
