Hopper and Hopper Sensor
The hopper is located beneath the UTC tray and
upper shutter. Open the front access doors and turn
off the power. Pull outward on the pins locking the
hopper in place and, using both hands, gently pull out
the hopper.

Pull the hopper out slowly.
Support the bottom of the hopper
if you intend to pull it completely
out of the machine.
