Alarm Cause Remedy
Refill UTC
The UTC is empty (at
the beginning or end of
a batch).
Refill the UTC tray, close the tray,
press Start.
UTC Alarm
The UTC tray is not
properly installed, or
tray rotation has failed.
Correctly install the UTC tray; press
Start. Contact ARxIUM Service if
the alarm persists.
Change Ribbon
The ribbon is broken,
not installed correctly, or
the supply is depleted.
Examine the ribbon. Re-thread the
ribbon, or install a replacement.
Printer Alarm
The printer cover is
open or the printer lock
is not closed.
Close the printer cover and lock into
place. Press Start. Contact ARxIUM
Service if the alarm persists.
Paper Alarm
The paper supply is
depleted or the paper is
jammed
Replace the paper or clear the jam.
Press Start.
Conveyor Alarm
The paper is jammed at
the conveyor or the
conveyor is not running.
Clear any paper jam and press
Start. Contact ARxIUM Service if
the alarm persists.
Cutter Alarm
The cutter blade has
stopped in an improper
position.
Return the cutter blade to the proper
position; press Start.
Door Open
The packaging
mechanism is not
properly installed, or the
front door is open.
Ensure the packaging mechanism is
in the proper position, close the front
door, press Start.
Hopper Alarm
The hopper is not
correctly installed.
Install the hopper correctly. Press
Start.
Sub-Hopper
Alarm
The sub-hopper is not
properly installed.
Install the sub-hopper correctly.
Press Start.
Mrd Drawer
Open
The UTC & first shutter
drawer is open.
Close the UTC & first shutter drawer
correctly; press Start.
Over Dispense
A pill exceeding the
order has been
detected.
Clean the canister and motor base.
Contact ARxIUM Service if the
alarm persists.
