System. Failure to follow the
instructions in this manual may
result in delivery of incorrect
medication or in missing
medication, which could cause
serious injury or death. Read
this manual thoroughly and
refer back to it often when using
the device. If anything
contained in this manual is
unclear to you or if it appears
that any portions of the manual
are missing, please contact
your ARxIUM representative or
call ARxIUM at 1-888-537-3102.
Only those disposable
materials authorized by
ARxIUM shall be used in the
System. Any use or attempted
use of non-authorized
disposables shall automatically
end and terminate all further
obligations and duties (with
regard to warranty and service)
under the terms of the Purchase
and License Agreement and
Service Maintenance
Agreement.
