Why can't I set the ring volume to 'Silent' on my ASCOM Cell Phone?

If you cannot set the ring volume to "Silent" on your ASCOM Cell Phone, it is because the minimum volume is set to a value other than "Silent (no restriction)". This restricts the handset from setting the volume down to silent. An administrator must set the Minimum volume parameter to "Silent (no restriction)"; refer to the Configuration Manual for the handset.
