3.2.16 Fireman Microphone
The Fireman Microphone SHM 1 is a small compact microphone dedicated to EVAC calling. It is a totally
monitored microphone with internal resistor network to detect four different states(Shortcut, Closed
Contact, Open Contact, Absent).
3.2.16.1 Configuration
The Fireman microphone needs to be configured by using the Fireman component in Ateis Studio. Most
of time Fireman component is working with Network Paging component, in such settings, fireman
microphone is able to paging. See more details from [Fireman component] chapter.
3.2.17 CDPM
The CDPM paging console is a wall-mounted cabinet remote which is compatible with Ateis audio
processor. The CDPM comprises of 24 zones/24 buttons with Fireman microphone in a metal surface
mount wall-box. It provides robust IP-30 protection. Each CDPM contains a PMM PS Master PCB with
