1.5.3. "PRINTER" menu
1.5.3. 1) RS Parameters
This menu enables the configuration of the communication port for the connection of a
printer (or a laptop) to make the exportation of results frames possible.
The printer must be connected to the J1 connector.
The "RS parameters/speed" enables the choice of the speed.
The "parameters RS/format" menu allows the choosing of the format of the bytes sent.
To know the forms of the different print frames, refer to the measurement unit manuals.
Note: the central will only print depending on the individual configuration of each
measurement unit.
1.5.3. 2) "HEAD SELECTION" menu
This menu allows the selection of the measurement unit(s) (head) for which the results
will be sent in the print frame. To select the units, confirm with a "YES".
The units selected will not print on their own serial port. The frames print format
has to be configured in each unit. Frame example with a good part and the pressure

1.5.4. "HOUR" menu
This menu allows the setting of the hour and date parameters of the instrument.
1.5.5. "LIGHT" menu
This menu allows the configuration of the L.C.D. display.
The lighting of the display can be programmed and can be modified. It should be
adjusted depending on the surrounding lighting conditions or according tot the
preferences of the operator.
Three light modes are available:
9 permanent mode, permanent lighting of the display.
9 manual mode, the display remains lit for 20 minutes, if after this time, no entries
have been made on the instrument the screen light switches off it will light up
again as soon as a key is pressed on the front panel.
9 automatic mode, it is identical to the manual mode, with lighting of the display if
an action is made on the external inputs as well (rear panel connectors).
In these three modes, the intensity of the light is programmable from 0 % (screen off) up
to 100 % (maximum light intensity).
