5.8.10 Configuring Busy Lamp Field
The Busy Lamp Field (BLF) feature can be configured.
Note: Applies to the 430HD, 440HD, 445HD, 450HD, C450HD phones and HRS.
To configure BLF:
Use the table as reference.
Table 5-41: BLF Parameters
Parameter Description
voip/services/busy_lamp_field/enabled Enables the BLF feature:
0 Disable
1
Enable (default)
voip/services/busy_lamp_field/subscription_
period
The interval between BLF and SIP SUBSCRIBE
messages. Range: 0 to 86400. Default: 3600.
voip/services/busy_lamp_field/uri Only displayed if 'Type' is set to BSFT. The user
resource list. This must be the username (not the
domain name). For example, if the URI resource
list is mylist@server.com, then only the value
mylist must be entered. The valid value is up to 64
characters.
voip/services/busy_lamp_field/application_s
erver/use_registrar
Only displayed if 'Type' is set to BSFT. Determines
whether to use the registrar as the application
server address. When enabled, there is no need to
configure the application server address or domain
name separately.
0 Disable (default)
1 Enable
voip/services/busy_lamp_field/application_s
erver/addr
Only displayed if 'Type' is set to BSFT and the
'
voip/services/busy_lamp_field/application_server/use_registrar'
parameter is set to 0.. Defines the IP address or
host name of the application server. The valid
value is up to 64 characters. Default: 0.0.0.0
BLF Call Pickup
voip/services/call_pickup/access_code See Section 5.8.8.
voip/services/call_pickup/enabled See Section 5.8.8.
