Preparing for installation
You can use a DVD or a USB flash drive for installing System Platform. After you decide your
preferred media for installation, you must set up the DVD or the USB flash drive for the
installation. You must also verify the ISO image after downloading from the PLDS site. The
flow of tasks for preparing yourself for the installation is as follows:
• Set up the media to install the software. Do one of the following depending on your
preferred media:
