1. Type vspmediacheck in the boot prompt and press Enter to verify that the image
on the System Platform DVD or the USB flash drive is not corrupted.
2. The system displays the CD Found page. Use the Tab key to select OK to test the
media, or select Skip to skip the test and begin the installation immediately.
If you choose to test the media then the system displays another page with a
progress bar and the percentage completion. After the completion of the test, the
system displays information whether the image has passed the verification test. At
this stage you can continue with the installation.
Navigation rules for System Platform screens
Use the Tab key or Enter key to move to the next field. Once you are at the last field on a form,
use the Tab key to highlight a button (such as the OK button) and press Enter or Space to
select the button. Use the Space key to select or deselect check box items (for example, Use
NTP on the Date/Time and NTP setup screen). You can use the Tab key to move across the
buttons and back to the first field. You can also use the up arrow or down arrow key to go to
the next or previous field.
In a scrolling list (for example, Keyboard Type screen), use the up or down arrow key to
highlight the required choice, then use the Tab key to move to fields or buttons.
In the System Domain Network Configuration screen, you can use the down or up arrow key
to select the device while in the Physical Devices field.
