When a call is in progress (or is incoming), if the app you are using on the CU360 registered itself
as a telephony enabled app, you will be able to hear the ringing tone on your paired BT headset
and to pick up the call using the “Call” button on the headset (usually a green or call symbol).
Once the call is established, you can adjust the volume+/- from the paired BT headset with a
feedback on the CU360 device visible on the screen.
You can also disconnect the call from the paired BT headset using the “Disconnect” button on the
headset (usually a red or disconnect symbol).
Important
• The mute button on your BT headset (or speakerphone) acts only locally on the
BT device and its status does not reflect on the CU360 device.
• You cannot use the BT mute button to raise your hand in Spaces or other
moderated meetings.
• Please note that when disconnecting a call from a BT device, no disconnection
confirm will be displayed on the CU360 device, even if configured.
Embedded Camera and LEDs
This section refers to the capabilities of the embedded 4K camera. It is possible to connect to the
device an external Avaya USB camera or IP webcam.
Manual PT and Digital PTZ
The camera can perform a manual pan and tilt (PT). Lightly touch around the camera (where there
are the small dents) for manual pan and tilt.
Important:
• To allow best performances for the auto-tracking camera feature, do not adjust the camera
to the left or the right (panning). Adjust it only up or down (tilting).

The local camera can also perform a digital PTZ (Pan/Tilt/Zoom, ePTZ) up to 5x.
The camera is automatically zoomed-in in an intermediate position at the start-up of the CU360
App.
To zoom in/out the camera in the CU360 Video-collaboration Application, select Control Camera
on and click on the +/- icons. From the system web interface, a similar menu is available.
When the camera is zoomed in, you can also perform digital pan-tilt from the CU360 App> Control
Camera menu, by using the arrows on the remote-control or on the control interface; to perform
ePTZ from any other app using the camera, see Control Camera for Third-Party Apps .
A few preferred camera positions (digital presets) can be stored and recalled in the CU360 App.
The app is also able to remember the last position of the camera and to propose it when the app is
restarted. This option is active by default at
