In a Spaces Meeting with the Avaya Spaces App
Avaya Spaces is a cloud-based team collaboration and meeting application. It seamlessly
integrates voice, video, tasks, sharing, and more into your browser or the Spaces application.
Avaya CU360 comes with the Avaya Spaces application pre-installed if you want to use CU360 as
a personal device for Spaces.
If you selected in the Quick Setup Wizard to use the device for personal Spaces experience, the
preinstalled Avaya Spaces App will be automatically launched for meeting invitations and for direct
calls to Spaces.
This Release Notes describes the Avaya Spaces integration with Avaya CU360 built-in Unified
Communications experience and other advanced features that Avaya Spaces supports on Avaya
CU360. For information about managing and using Spaces meeting rooms, see Avaya Spaces
User Manual.
The first time you open the Avaya Spaces App, you will need to create an account or to login to
your existing account.
On Avaya Cu360, the Avaya Spaces application supports the following call and conference
features:
• Meeting controls, such as mute or unmute audio, block or unblock video, record a meeting,
view a presentation, select the audio in/out and end a call.
• Tab view to manage tasks, view the participants, and chat with them.
• Advanced option to send a video or presentation to an external screen using the Avaya
CU360 type-C to HDMI adapter during a Spaces call or meeting.
• Advanced option to send a presentation to your personal computer (PC) and share content
from your computer screen during a Spaces call or meeting. For this, log in to Avaya Spaces
and your computer using the same enterprise account.
Spaces App on CU360: In Meeting Controls
While in a meeting with the Spaces App on CU360, you can show in meeting controls by clicking
on any part of your screen.
By clicking on the small window with your own video (You), you can also change the current
camera.
You can also hide your own video window by clicking on the small arrow at side (press again on
the arrow to resume it).

• Leave: Leave the meeting. Press Disc on the remote-control.
• Show: Show or hide received presentation screen. Press Present on the remote-control
• (New) Share Screen: Share the CU360 screen in a meeting. You can share other local apps,
including WI-FI display app where you can see the content of a PC/Mac, or you can share the
CU360 app while it is in local presentation mode using AV Grabber or Screen Link.
• Block/Allow: Manage video transmission (video privacy). Press Privacy on the remote-control
