Avaya Cloud Office for Rooms Enhancements
In this release, a new build 21.3.30(82 of the Avaya Cloud Office for Rooms App is pre-installed,
with the following enhancements.
Pair Room Host and Controller Before Sign-in
IT admins can now pair the room host and controller before signing in.
If host is signed out accidentally, IT admin can still pair the host with the controller and sign in from
the controller again.
Important
Be sure that your Controller tablet or phone is upgraded to version 21.3.30 or
later of the Avaya Cloud Office for Rooms App.

Several enhancements are present in this release.
OpenSSL FIPS Replacement
OpenSSL FIPS Object Module (Certificate #1747, declared historical by NIST) has been replaced
with the Cryptographic Suite Module from Mocana Corporation, in course of validation at NIST
(CMVP to be assigned).

• Improved support for Spaces
o Recovery of Spaces API communication in case of failure during a call
o Fixes for raise hand and large meetings
• Fixed issue with Aura Presence server (newer versions no longer responding to status
messages when no change)
