Customize the Camera Virtual Background Image
In this release you can customize the image to use as Virtual Background for the selected camera.

Avaya Cloud Office™ Rooms App
Avaya Cloud Office™ Rooms application by RingCentral, version 21.3.30(82), is pre-installed on
your CU360 device.
The application can be used if you have an Avaya Cloud Office subscription with enablement for
one or more rooms. Please refer to your local Avaya Sales representative for more information.
Launch the Avaya Cloud Office Rooms App by default selecting it in the initial Quick Setup
Wizard. Choose “With Avaya Cloud Office” as the primary use with your CU360.
The setup will complete and the ACO Rooms app will be launched at system start-up.

When selected, the Avaya Cloud Office™ Rooms application will start, with the initial pairing code
visible on the CU360 screen, inviting to pair the room with a controller tablet.

The background image will change according to the time of the day.
To pair with the room, it is suggested to use a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8” (or similar Android
Tablet with Android 8.0 or higher), to install the controller Avaya Cloud Office Rooms application.
The controller application is available in the Play Store as “Avaya Cloud Office Rooms App”, see

You need to login in the Controller App with a valid account and select the room to pair with.
Important
• Be sure that your Controller tablet or phone is upgraded to version 21.3.30 or
later of the Avaya Cloud Office for Rooms App.

Once the controller app tablet is paired with the specific CU360 room, you can do several actions
from the controller tablet, for instance:
• Join meetings with a single click from the room calendar
• Mute/unmute mic
• Turn camera on/off
• Share screen
• Invite participants
• View and manage participants
• Record
• Change layouts
• Change speaker volume
• Change Layout (single and dual screen)
