If you choose as room device, next step of the Quick Setup Wizard allows to configure the Room
Exchange Calendar Account.
Please note that is the room is associated to a Room Exchange Resource, the e-mail address and
the password corresponds to the delegate account, while the room e-mail is specific of the room
as booked in a scheduled meeting.

Quick Setup Wizard: Use CU360 as Spaces Personal Device
If you plan to use your CU360 device mostly to join Spaces Meeting as a personal device, and you
want an easy way to join a meeting through your personal Microsoft Exchange calendar (MS
Office365), you can configure the CU360 as a personal device for Spaces.

If you choose as personal device, next step of the Quick Setup Wizard allows to configure your
personal Exchange Calendar Account.

Quick Setup Wizard: Use CU360 for Multiple Meetings
If you plan to use CU360 to join many types of meetings, not only Spaces, choose Multiple
Meeting Services in the Wizard as below.
The CU360 will be configured also as Room Device for Spaces.

You can manually change the Avaya Spaces Settings related to Personal/Room device
configuration as below:
[GUI] CONFIGURE > ADVANCED > AVAYA SPACES
[WEB] [ADMIN LOGIN] ADMINISTRATOR SETTINGS> AVAYA SPACES
• Use with Spaces account: Yes (Personal)/No*(Room)

Avaya Spaces App for your Phone/Tablet
• You can download the Avaya Spaces App for free on Play Store/Apple Store and install
it on your personal phone or tablet.
• The Avaya Spaces App preinstalled on your CU360 is optimized for the CU360
hardware and cannot be updated from the Play Store.

• With Avaya Spaces App, sign up to create an account, if you are not already registered,
or login to your account, then navigate to the space to be used for the meeting.
