Upgrade via Conferencing Management – Automatic Mode
• Your CU must be added as managed endpoint in Avaya Conferencing Management
• (Requires Equinox Management 9.1.0.365 or later)
• Save the CU-360_Vx_y_z.exe file containing the software package in your computer or
mobile device.
• Open a Browser on your computer or mobile device
• Login to Management. You need to know the Admin credentials.
• Select your CU under Endpoints
• Click the Manage button and chose Upgrade Software
• Follow the Upgrade Software Wizard instructions to choose the SW package (.exe),
upload and install it

How to Upgrade from A7 to A10 (On the Field)
To upgrade the CU360 device from Android 7 to Android 10 ( 11.3 or higher) you need a special
11.2 A7 build that can manage the transition.
- 11.2.0.24 or higher
This special version is called A7* in this section.
How to upgrade from A7 to A10 via OTA
Existing A7 CU360 releases (supporting OTA) will be alerted that A7* is available with the usual
green dot.
Once upgraded to A7*, CU360 will be alerted via OTA that a new A10 release (11.3.0 or higher) is
available.
A7* will warn the user that upgrading to A10 could cause some data and app loss with below
disclaimer
• Network settings and CU360 App settings will be kept.
o Some WI-FI networks could be not reconnected automatically, see 11.3.0 RN for
details
• Installation of Google Play Store and Google Framework will be kept.
