On below screen, press “Proceed, keep data” to save the data of the preinstalled applications
and the network settings, including Google Play Services if installed. Your data will be restored
automatically. Otherwise proceed with wiped data.
Once upgraded to A10, next upgrades will require no special procedure and will work as usual.
Important
• Upgrade via OTA is available also through the Web Interface. In this case, no disclaimer
will be shown and the upgrade will automatically proceed by keeping data.
• Once OTA upgrade via Web interface starts, the Web portal will be automatically
disconnected and no update progress is available.
How to upgrade from A7 to A10 Manually
Use the 11.2.0.24 or higher A7* version to upgrade your CU360 device as explained in the
previous sections:
• Upgrade via PC
• Upgrade via USB key
• Upgrade via a Web Browser
• Once the new A7* version starts, use the A10 build (11.3.0 available on the support
site http://support.avaya.com ) to upgrade again as above.
