Configure Space Integration in CU360 App
You can disable Spaces integration or change the default spaces cloud address (if you are using a
customized solution or a test solution). The device can accept invitation and calls only in the same
cloud domain as specified in the configuration.

• Enabled: Yes*/No
• URL: Spaces Domain. By default, the integration with Spaces is enabled for the official
domain https://spaces.avayacloud.com.
• Use with Spaces account: No (for Room device)/Yes (for Personal device)
• AI Noise Removal: No*/Yes. AI Noise Removal is disabled by default when using the
CU360 app (Room device), as the performances of the Space AI Noise Removal are
optimized for microphones placed very close to the speaker.
• Predefined Party: If enabled, you can also configure as predefined party in this page a
specific Spaces URL. If configured, then the Call key on the remote-control or on the
UX/Web interface will automatically join this space.

Automate Password Insertion when Dialing a Spaces URL
• When directly dialing into a meeting, manually or through a saved contact or a
predefined party URL, you can automate password insertion.
• For instance, if the password of your spaces is 123456, you can append the
password at the end of the url, with a “?” or “&” prefix.
• Append “?pwd=nnnnnn” if the “?” is not already present in the URL, otherwise use
the format “&pwd=nnnnnn”.
• i.e.:
• https://spaces.avayacloud.com/spaces/5e......e69?pwd=123456
Support for Meetings with Password Embedded in Link
If the spaces URL you are using for a manual call or saved as a favorite contact or predefined
Spaces URL, or that you receive in a calendar invitation contains an embedded password, the
CU360 App will automatically join the meeting using the embedded password. Otherwise the app
will require you to enter the password manually when joining.
The password is not required when the CU360 is joining a password protected meeting through
QR code or Verification Code, invited by a Spaces Mobile App or a Web Client.
