The name of the XT or CU360 device visualized in the roster is the same as displayed in the top
bar info of the device.
You can change the displayed name of the device in
[GUI] CONFIGURE > ADVANCED > SYSTEM >LOCATION
[WEB] [ADMIN LOGIN] ADMINISTRATOR SETTINGS> SYSTEM > LOCATION
• System Name: Set the name you want to display, using only Latin chars. This name is
automatically copied into System Name Unicode, if they were the same.
• System Name Unicode: Set the System Name using Unicode characters, which include
all possible not-Latin characters such as Chinese or Japanese.
• System Name Display Mode:
o Automatic: choose the best name based on deployment and on user
preferences. The device will display the System Name Unicode if different
from the default system name (that is based on the Mac Address of the
device), then displaying the SIP username if registered to a SIP registrar or
proxy, and if unavailable, it displays the H.323 name if registered to a
gatekeeper, and if unavailable it displays the Unicode default name.
o Or you can select a specific name to use, among System Name, System
Name Unicode, SIP name (Username), H323 name (Alias) or host name
(simplified system name using only letters/digits/-).

Click to Join from CU360 App Calendar to a Spaces Meeting
If you receive an invitation for a Spaces Meeting in your CU360 App calendar, you can
automatically join the meeting with a single click. The device can parse invitations containing the
Spaces URL in the meeting location.
Direct dial from CU360 App to a Spaces Meeting
You can copy and paste a spaces meeting URL in your device web interface (or GUI) to place a
direct call.

Save Your Favorite Spaces as Contacts in CU360 App
You can also save all your favorite spaces URL in the device as Contacts, assigning them a
meaningful name and easily recalling them to join a meeting.
