• Tracking: No*/Yes; toggle on/off the tracking mode functionality of the camera at the start-
up of the CU360 App. The tracking can be toggled on-the-fly using the remote-control
(chat icon).
When tracking is active, an icon is visible on the top info bar of the CU360 application.
If the CU360 app is in background, an icon is visible in the overlay window as below.
• Tracking Mode: Track Speaker*/Auto Framing.
o Track Speaker: automatically detects the face of the active speaker in the
room and zooms to it. It works only for the embedded camera, when the mic
is not muted and the camera is not in privacy, while the CU360 app is in
foreground, or the overlay window is active while in a call/recording/streaming.
o Auto Framing: automatically detects a group of people in the room and zooms
to them.
The Tracking functionality (current mode) for the CU360 app can be toggled also in the Control
Camera Panel of the CU360 App UX, or from the More Actions Panel of the web interface.

For other apps, the Camera Tracking Mode can be changed on the fly using the
remote-control key (“chat balloon” icon), cycling between the available modes. A toast message
is displayed when changing the tracking mode.
Important
• When Camera Tracking is active, the camera cannot be digitally PTZ-ed and its
presets cannot be recalled.
• The Track Speaker mode is available only for the CU360 embedded camera, as
the algorithm relies on spatial information that are not available for external
cameras.
Track Speaker
Thanks to the combination of audio tracking and face recognition, based on AI methods, the
CU360 can identify the active speaker position in a typical huddle room with a max of four seated
persons in front of the embedded HD camera (in a field of view of around 120°), and automatically
digitally pan-tilt-zoom the camera to provide the best framing for the speaker.
Once CU360 is placed on top of monitor, please check the lens alignment of the CU360
embedded HD camera to the device front panel. To achieve satisfactory results for track speaker,
only tilt angle (up or down) can be manually adjusted. Do not adjust the pan angle (left or right
direction).
When no audio or face is detected for around 20 seconds, the camera will automatically zoom to a
default position, corresponding to about 1.5x zoom factor.
If a face is detected for several times in the same position, the above timeout will be increase to 2
minutes in places of 20 seconds, and the tracking will remain on the last face detected, if still in
the same position.
Important
• When the mic is muted or the camera is in privacy, the Speaker Tracking feature will stop
(only for the CU360 app). In this case, after a few seconds, the camera will go back to a
central wide-angle position. If the same person is speaking for several times in a row, the
