10.6 Visual Inspection Inside Measuring unit enclosure
Open the measuring unit enclosure and check all pressure values and flow rates according
to the following table. The visual inspection can be carried out while the analyzer is
operating.
The pressure target values are stated on the respective pressure gauges.
