If the exposure starts and ends while Frame Valid is low (see Table for values n to y):
The actual start of exposure is x µs later than the rise of the ExSync signal.
Actual length of exposure time = n µs + y µs
ExSync signal can already become high up to 1 µs before FVAL becomes low.
