Disassembly
✓ Pump has been dismounted from the housing front.
1. Unscrew the two screws (Fig. 3 - 42 / Item 1) using a 10IP
TORX plus screwdriver.
2. Remove the stepper motor (Fig. 3 - 42 / Item 2).
3. Unscrew one screw (Fig. 3 - 43 / Item 1).
4. Remove the encoder board (Fig. 3 - 43 / Item 2) using a 10IP
TORX plus screwdriver.
Assembly
1. Tighten the screw of the encoder board with a torque of 0.8 Nm
±
0.08 Nm (first and second screwing).
2. Tighten the screws of the stepper motor with a torque of
0.7
Nm ± 0.07 Nm (first and second screwing).

After exchanging the pump perform the "pump run-in" proce-
dure (see "Checks after Repair" ➡ p. 3 - 32).
