Automatic return to starting position (starting position)
The "Starting position" function is used for moving the stretch hood to its starting
position. The return to the starting position is a semi-automatic function.
How to carry out the
"Starting position"
function
1.
A
ctivate the "stretch hood manual/automatic" key for selecting the manual
operation.
2. The manual operation must be displayed in the head line.
3. Press the "Starting position" key.
4. Wait until the text "Cut film" is flashing in the head line.
5. Press the "Cut film" key. If no film must be cut, press the "Starting position"
key again.
6. Once the text "starting position" is displayed, the function is terminated.
7. If necessary, remove the film when the stretch hood has reached its starting
position.
If the "Starting position" function is carried out during stretching, the complete
stretching process is repeated in case of a restart.
Interrupt pallet
The "Interrupt pallet" function is used for discharging the package which is still in
the stretch hood. This is necessary if a pallet is damaged or has not been loaded
correctly. The "Interrupt pallet" function is a semiautomatic function.
To carry out the "Interrupt pallet" function, it may be necessary to execute the
"Starting position" function first.
How to execute the
"Interrupt pallet"
function
1. Ensure that the full pallet transport system is switched on.
2. Press the "Interrupt pallet" key.
3. Carry out the "Starting position" function, if required.
4. As soon as the pallet has been discharged, remove the cut film, if required.
