Parameters Function Note
140 Starting position of hoist
carts
The stretching process starts and ends
in this position. This position is to be
adjusted so as to avoid collisions of the
gripper arms with the stretch carriages
or stretch sleds. The value to be en-
tered refers to the space between bot-
tom edge of crimping bow and bottom
in mm.
142 Hoist carts - take film This parameter defines the position of
the hoist carts for taking the film from
the gripper arms.
144 Starting position of the
stretch carriages
This value is used for setting the pa-
rameters for the stretch carriages and
must not be modified after commission-
ing. The parameters for the stretch
carriages are assigned on the basis of
the value set here after each stretching
process when the starting position has
been reached.
146 Lowest position of hoist
carts
The parameter is used for adjusting the
maximum travel of the hoist carts. In
addition, this position is limited by a
proximity switch.
148 Starting position of the
stretch sleds
This value is used for setting the pa-
rameters for the stretch sleds and must
not be modified after commissioning.
The parameters for the stretch sleds
are assigned on the basis of the value
set here after each stretching process
when the starting position has been
reached.
150 Clearance above the
package during stretch-
ing
The crimping bows are lowered to a
position above the package while the
film hood is being stretched. This posi-
tion is calculated from the package
height plus the parameter value. The
crimping bows stop if they reach this
position before the film hood is
stretched completely.
152 Align pallet 1 This parameter defines the position of
the pallet slide plate for aligning the
pallet at right angles to the conveying
direction.
154 Align pallet 2 This parameter defines the position of
the pallet slide plate for aligning the
pallet at right angles to the conveying
direction.
