The MAP GENERATION screen allows you to edit or specify the following options
in the assay:
Automatic or manual map generation
Mapping direction
Replication direction
Blank Map Selection

Averaging of Standards
Concentration and Location of Standards
Number of Controls
Control Type Definition
Number of Control Replicates
Control Location
Number of Samples
Number of Sample Replicates
Sample Location
Important! The NB reader using 384-well geometry does
not have access to map, formula, or curve options. The
384-well plate type is preset for the map to have 384
samples. This does not include any blanking, controls, or
standards. (Selecting 6-, 12-, 24-, 48-, or 96-well geometries
enables data reduction capabilities.)
