the longest picks up the call. If the standing times are also the same,
the rule G1 before G2 applies.
The following states are taken into consideration for aspects such as
the group algorithm:
Distance to target landing
Opposite travel/call direction
Llift is stopped or running
Number of interim stops on route
Lift cabin call on the target landing
And others.
5.4.1 Priority Calls
When setting priority calls on the BPC itself or a CANopen compon-
ent such as CAP-01/02 or CIO-01, it is stated which lifts should
answer the priority call. The most effective of the selected lifts (see
illustration) then answers this call. Two further options, "collect prior-
ity calls" and "several priority calls per landing" in the group setting of
the service menu make it possible to call further lifts if one is already
answering the priority call on the landing on which the standby delay
is running. This option is intended for bed transports, for instance. A
high priority landing call cancels a low priority landing call. Otherwise,
the same rules apply for the high priority landing call than for the low
priority landing call.
5.4.2 Group Display in WinMOS
®
300
WinMOS
®
300 provides an optional group data view in both "Dia-
gnostics" and "Monitoring" mode. In the case of the bp308, the target
floor of the current lift call is displayed on the group panel of the lift
well. The call’s ETA (estimated time of arrival) is also dynamically dis-
played on the panel. This can change at any moment − e.g. when the
call situation changes. Priority landings are displayed with a special
symbol that also shows if the call has a high or low priority.
This function makes it easier to trace the processes within one group
controller.
