3. System Installation
The ControlSpace
™
includes one GPIO/RS232 card (see also chapter 3.2).
The GPIO are used for activating the message router or activating room combining. With the 8 input
contacts and the configurable router it is possible to create 8 zones. The contacts are triggered by applying
24VDC between the specific contact and the common ground pin.

• Inputs are used for message routing and room combining
• Open collector output is activated when one of the eight inputs is activated
