6.2.1 General Instructions
Before You Begin
Risk of electrical shock: Prior to and during cleaning and disinfection, ensure that the
camera is disconnected from the Kolibri workstation.
Disinfection
Do not use automatic cleaning and disinfection procedures for
Kolibri
components.
Sterilization
Do not sterilize
Kolibri
components.
Liquids
Ensure that liquid does not enter the
Kolibri
components, as this could damage the
component and/or the electronics.
Cleaning Agents Only use cleaning agents as recommended by the manufacturer. Do not use:
• Acid solvents
• Caustic solvents with a pH value higher than 9.5
To prevent damage to the device, only use approved solutions.
Steps
1. Shut down system.
2. Unplug system from mains power.
3. Unplug the camera cable from the Kolibri workstation.
