Mounting Brocade MLXe-4, -8, or -16 routers in a 4-post rack or cabinet

5. Install the router in the cabinet or rack using 8 10-32 screws. Refer to Figure 58.

6. Secure the transport brackets to the rear of the router using 10 10-32 screws, and to the
cabinet or rack mounting posts using 6 10-32 screws. Refer to Figure 59.
NOTE
The transport brackets provide extra stability, and must be installed if you plan to ship the device
while it is mounted in the cabinet or rack. Before you install the transport brackets, you must first
remove any installed fans.
