Over looper L assy
1. Remove the screw (set screw, socket (CP) M4x4). Pull out the OL shaft from the O.L shaft and the OL
lever. Pull out the O.L shaft from the OL shaft guide.
*Assembling note
• Fully tighten the screw after performing "Over looper / lower looper gap adjustment".
2. Remove the screw (set screw, socket (CP) M4x4) to remove the over looper L assy from the O.L shaft.
3. Remove the screw (set screw, socket (CP) M4x4). Pull out the guide shaft to remove the washer plain
M SM4.76 and the OL shaft guide. Remove the retaining ring E4 from the guide shaft.
*Assembling note
• Check that the OL shaft guide is not a wobble, and it moves smoothly.
