Feed dog height adjustment (1)
1. Turn the differential dial to [1], and then turn the
feed adjusting dial to [3].
2. Remove the feed spring.
3. Turn the pulley counterclockwise rotation, and
then the needle bar is the highest position.
4. Loosen the two screws (bolt, socket M3x8) for
the differential feed dog.
5. Set the gauge at the position of the figure, and
then adjust the differential feed dog to the
position of contacting with the gauge.
6. Fasten the two screws (bolt, socket M3x8) for
the differential feed dog.
7. Loosen the two screws (bolt, socket M3x6) for
the main feed dog.
8. Set the gauge at the position of the figure, and
then adjust the main feed dog to the position of
contacting with the gauge.
9. Fasten the two screws (bolt, socket M3x6) for
the main feed dog.
