Over looper / lower looper gap adjustment
1. Turn the pulley counterclockwise rotation, and
then set the over looper and the lower looper at
the position of the figure.
2. Loosen the screw (set screw, socket (CP) M4x4)
for the over looper assy.
3. Adjust the gap between the over looper and the
lower looper to 0 to 0.05 mm.
4. Fasten the screw (set screw, socket (CP) M4x4)
for the over looper assy.
6.5 to 7.0 mm
