Needle bar
1. Remove the screw (screw, pan M3x10) to remove the washer plain S3 and the needle clamp base from
the needle bar.
2. Remove the two screws (screw, bind M3x6) to remove the needle clamp plate from the needle clamp
base.
3. Remove the screw (screw, bind M4x6) to remove the thread take-up C from the needle bar connecting
link.
*Assembling note
• Fully tighten the screw after performing "Thread take-up position adjustment".
4. Remove the screw (set screw, socket (CP) M4x8) from the needle bar connecting stud, and pull out the
needle bar.
*Assembling note
• Fully tighten the screw after performing "Needle bar height adjustment".
