Thread take-up lever assy. attachment
1. Apply a small amount of Molykote EM30L to the surface of the thread
take-up lever 1 on the needle bar crank rod assy. and the thread take-up
lever assy. shaft 2.
2. Attach the needle bar crank rod assy. 3 to the thread take-up counter
weight 4 using screws 1 (two).
*Key point
• Align the needle bar crank D cut 5 with the thread take-up
counter weight screw hole 6.
3. Attach the thread take-up lever assy. 7 to the needle bar crank rod assy. 3
and thread take-up lever link 8 using screw 2.
*Key point
• Screw 2 is reverse threaded.

Apply Molykote EM30L grease to the needle bar
crank shaft
